SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Shipping cost is not included in the price of the item. A flat rate of $20 NZD is applied during checkout. This amount will cover shipping & a prepaid return bag.

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please ensure you place your order at least 4 days before your special occasion.

  • To be able to process weekend orders in time for Friday delivery, we require that orders are made no later than 12pm on Tuesdays.

  • All bags will require a signature at the given address so please ensure you, or someone else is available to sign. In the event that no one is available to sign, the parcel will be redirected to a local depot for you to collect.

  • Once your hire period is up, send your items back in the bubble wrap provided and anything else your item was sent in. You will receive a prepaid courier bag and instructions with your parcel. Please make sure to read the instructions carefully and return the bag on the end date of your rental period.

 

  • Return date takes effect once the bag has been returned and scanned by the courier company.

  • Can I rent a bag if I am under 18?
    If you are under 18 you will need a parent or guardian to rent items on your behalf, and all liability for damage or late return will be charged on the card you use for payment.
  • When and how the item will be delivered?
    For most orders, we use New Zealand Post. If you’re not present for the delivery, an NZ Postcard will be left advising where and how to collect.
  • What if I want to cancel my booking?
    We understand that plans change and will process a credit note valid for 12 months for orders as long as the order hasn’t been shipped. Feel free to book in advance knowing that you have time to cancel or change your order at late notice. After your order has been shipped we are unable to cancel or give you a refund.
  • What happens if I do not send a valid Photo ID?
    If you do not send a valid photo ID and complete a purchase, we will send you a follow up email for you to resend a valid photo ID. If you do not send us a valid photo ID within 3 days, we will give you a *partial refund and your order will be declined. *partial refund: total paid minus 2.9% + 30¢ transaction fee.
  • What if my rental ends on a Sunday or holiday?
    For all our bookings, the end date indicates the date that the bag must be shipped back to us. Couriers and NZ Post do not generally operate on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays, which means you will only be able to post your item back by the next business day. If your return date falls on a Saturday or a Sunday prior to a public Holiday, you won’t be able to post it back until the next business day so we will be contacting you to either adjust the dates or organise the extension of your booking by one or 2 days (fee will depend on what bag you booked and it is calculated at 5% of the hiring cost.
  • What if the bag is unavailable?
    Unavailability dates of the item will be shown underneath the photos but feel free to send us an email if you have any questions about a bag.
  • How much is Shipping & Return?
    Shipping is charged at the end of checkout and it is $20 flat rate, this includes a prepaid post bag to return your rental item.
  • When and how will I be charged?
    For all items, the full amount of the rental will be charged at the time the booking is placed.
  • How much is the late return fee?
    Late fees are calculated at $25 per day.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    We offer New Zealand-wide delivery.
